Obtaining of Extracts from Public Registers

On request, we will provide our clients with up-to-date extracts from the electronic commercial register, register of cooperatives and register of associations.

In order to obtain extracts from the land register, a so-called legitimate interest in the inspection of the land register must be shown (e.g. the requesting client is the owner of the relevant property or is in preliminary negotiations with the owner as a prospective buyer, client is a real estate agent authorized by the property owner to inspect the land register, client is a creditor of the property owner).
