Peter Diedrich recently traveled to Singapore to take part in IR Global’s On the Road conference, as well as to deepen DSC Legal’s relationships with several private equity firms in the Asia-Pacific region.
The conference brought together legal, accounting, and finance experts from across the globe to discuss trends coming out of one of the world’s leading financial centers, with a strong emphasis on inbound and outbound opportunities throughout the whole of Asia.
Peter had the honor of chairing several commercial cross-practice group meetings, where members from the real estate, banking, commercial, IP, employment and tax groups discussed cross-border transactions and cooperation amongst their respective firms.
IR Global is the world's largest professional services network, providing legal, accountancy and financial advice to companies and individuals across 150 jurisdictions. Peter Diedrich serves as Global Chair of the Real Estate practice group, having joined the organization in 2012.
